Asbeststore · Rental and sale of equipment for asbestos removal
In short
Shower and decontamination units are rented to asbestos removal firms. Requests, deliveries, collections, photos, emails and invoices went through different channels.
The question was simple: manage everything clearly, avoid double bookings and make sure nothing gets forgotten.
A request form on the website with a price indication and a calculation of the transport cost. The request lands in the back office as a new request and the customer gets a confirmation.
Once approved, the request becomes a rental. A calendar only blocks the unit at that point, so double bookings no longer happen.
Deliveries and collections are logged with a mandatory photo checklist. The customer gets an email with 24 hours to report any remarks.
Invoices and advance invoices go to Billit, with the company's own numbering. Showroom sales are paid on a SumUp terminal.
An overview of what needs attention: a delivery without a driver, missing photos, an email that bounced. Plus stock, suppliers and purchases.
An online request only counts as a rental once approved. Billit creates a draft by default: sending through Peppol or email is a separate step.
