We start with a call and a scan in your office. Then we build what pays for itself, made to measure, from a single automation to a full platform, and we keep it running.

A 20-minute call, by phone or video. You tell us which work takes a lot of time or which idea you have, and we tell you whether building something pays for itself. If it doesn't, we say so.

Scan
Two of us spend half a day with you and watch how your team works. We check straight away that what we propose can actually be built. You get the proposal within three working days.

Build
You choose what we build from the proposal. Scope and timing are set in writing. You see a first version quickly. Your team tests it with one of us alongside, and then it goes live.

Run
We host, monitor and maintain what we built. If your software or way of working changes, we adapt it. If something gets stuck, we get the alert.

How the price comes about.
Every project is made to measure. The price depends on what we build, how big your company is and what it brings you, in hours or in revenue.
After the scan you get a proposal with the scope, the timing and the price. We only start once you agree, and we only propose what pays for itself.

For a project you pay 50% on signing and 50% on delivery. Changes outside the agreed scope get their own proposal with their own price.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about the scan, the prices and maintenance.
If you order a project within 30 days of the proposal, we credit the full price of the scan against that project. If you order nothing, you have paid the scan for the proposal.
We tell you in the introductory call, and then you don't need a scan. We only propose what pays for itself within the year.
We work with Outlook, Gmail, Exact, Yuki, Octopus, Teamleader, Odoo and Excel, among others. If you use something else, mention it in the call. We then check whether the program offers a way to connect to it.
You get the proposal within three working days of the scan. We build an automation in a few days to two weeks, an internal tool in a few weeks, a platform in a few weeks to months. Then your team tests it before it goes live.
The scope is set in writing up front, and the price is based on it. If you want to add something, you get a change proposal with its own price. You decide whether we do it.
Hosting, monitoring, use of AI services up to an agreed limit, fixing errors and small changes. If something gets stuck, we get the alert and we fix it. The contract runs for at least 12 months.
Accounts and data are in your name, so you can always leave. The maintenance contract runs for at least 12 months. We only host what we build under such a contract.
If a project involves processing personal data, for example of your customers, we sign a data processing agreement with you.
The introductory call takes 20 minutes and costs nothing. We tell you whether a scan is worth it for you, for an automation or a larger project.
