How it was
At contractors with crews on the road, hours, photos, extra work and planning are spread over paper, WhatsApp, email and Excel. What goes wrong, like extra work nobody had signed, often only shows up when the invoice has to go out.
What we built

A home screen that shows every morning what's off, like extra work that isn't signed yet or rain on an open roof, and lets you review it in one go.

For every site: today's crew, hours against budget, tasks, photos and a folder with quotes, work orders and invoices.

Clocking in on site, hours the site lead approves and a schedule per crew.
- 04
Roles for owner, office, site lead, worker and subcontractor, each seeing what they need.
Where a person decides
The assistant may read and propose. Anything that writes, sends or deletes asks a person for approval first.
